  1. The application period for the Certificate Programs is usually from January to March of every year, unless otherwise announced.
  2. The applications forms which may be downloaded from our site, or which may be picked up from the UP College of Fine Arts admin office, include the necessary requirements for high school graduates, transfer students and second degree students.
  3. The dates for the interviews are not fixed. Eligible applicants are immediately notified of their interview dates as soon as applications are fully processed and paid. There is only one date when the TDT exams are administered. This date is announced as early as January/February of the application period.
  4. Emailed applications cannot be processed without payment.
  5. Yes, an applicant must be able to present sample creative works ( sketches, paintings, etc) during the interview.
  6. No. New students are only admitted during the first semester of every year.
  7. CFA workshops are offered all year round. Please check the schedules of the drawing, printmaking, ceramics and basic painting classes.
